Texas Recalls Landon Bow from ECHL

CEDAR PARK, Texas – The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL’s Dallas Stars, announced Wednesday the team has recalled rookie goaltender Landon Bow from their ECHL affiliate, the Idaho Steelheads.
Bow, 21, returns to the Stars on his second AHL call-up this season. The 6-foot-5, 210-pound netminder was 15-5-2 in 22 games with Idaho this season. His 2.25 goals against average and .929 save percentage both ranked second overall in the ECHL.
The Saint Albert, Alberta native has appeared in 16 AHL games with Texas this season. The undrafted Bow (BOH) was originally signed an AHL contract with Texas over the summer, and then signed an entry-level contract with the NHL’s Dallas Stars on March 10, 2017.
