Dallas Recalls Nemeth from Conditioning Stint

FRISCO, Texas - Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has recalled defenseman Patrik Nemeth from his conditioning assignment with the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Nemeth, 24, recorded three points (1-2=3) in four AHL games with Texas during his conditioning assignment. The defenseman has appeared in 16 NHL games with Dallas in 2016-17 and has registered 17 hits, 19 blocked shots and 18 shots on goal this season.
The 6-foot-3, 215-pound native of Stockholm, Sweden, was originally selected by Dallas in the second round (41st overall) of the 2010 NHL Draft.
The Texas Stars are the primary development affiliate of the NHL’s Dallas Stars, and are currently playing their eighth season at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.
