2017-18 Opening Roster Announced for 2017-18

Stars Begin the 2017-18 Season Friday at 7:30 p.m. CST vs. Chicago

CEDAR PARK, Texas – The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL’s Dallas Stars, announced Thursday their opening night roster for the 2017-18 season, which consists of 25 players: 15 forwards, eight defensemen and two goalies.

The final roster move was made today with goaltender Phil Desrosiers being loaned to the ECHL’s Idaho Steelheads.

The Stars open their ninth season in Central Texas on Friday, Oct. 6 at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park against the Chicago Wolves at 7:30 p.m. CST.
