Dallas Returns Defenseman Patrik Nemeth to Texas
Apr 30, 2014CEDAR PARK, Texas – The Texas Stars, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars, announced today that Dallas has returned defenseman Patrik Nemeth on loan to Texas.
Nemeth, 22, skated in eight games for Dallas during the 2013-14 regular season making his NHL debut on April 1st at Washington. The 6-foot-3, 235-pound defenseman also skated in five Stanley Cup Playoff contests in 2014, registering one shot and 12 penalty minutes. He spent most of the 2013-14 regular season with Texas, posting 10 points (3 goals, 7 assists) in 37 games and led all team defensemen with a +19 rating. The native of Stockholm, Sweden was originally drafted by Dallas in the second round (41st overall) of the 2010 NHL Draft.
