Dallas Recalls Chris Mueller from Texas
Apr 12, 2014CEDAR PARK, Texas – The Texas Stars, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars, announced today that Dallas has recalled center Chris Mueller from loan with Texas.
Mueller, 28, leads Texas with 15 power play goals this season and ranks fourth on the team with 57 points (25 goals, 32 assists) in 60 games played. The native of West Seneca, New York has posted seven shots in eight games for Dallas this season. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound forward was signed by Dallas as a free agent on July 8, 2013. Mueller just returned to action on Friday night with Texas, scoring a game-high three points (1 goal, 2 assists) in a 5-0 win against the San Antonio Rampage; it was his first game since March 22nd, when he played for Dallas against the Ottawa Senators.
The Dallas Stars will conclude the 2013-14 regular season on Sunday, April 13th at 8:00 p.m. CT against the Phoenix Coyotes at Jobing.com Arena.
The Texas Stars will face the San Antonio Rampage tonight at 7:00 p.m at AT&T Center. Texas’ final home game of the 2013-14 regular season is on Saturday, April 19th at 7:00 p.m. against the Abbotsford Heat at Cedar Park Center.
