- To access tickets via the Texas Stars app, watch this short video.
- To access tickets on your web browser, please go to texasstars.com/mytickets on your mobile device or computer.
- Sign in on the top right of the screen.
- Please sign in with the email you provided to your sales representative.
- If you cannot remember your password please select the forgot password button and Ticketmaster will email you a temporary password to reset your password with.
- Once logged in, go to Manage Tickets on the bottom left of your screen to view your tickets.
- Plesae select the event you want to manage.
- From this screen you can either: transfer your tickets to a friend or view your tickets.
- If you choose to transfer your tickets to a friend, follow the prompts to enter their info and Ticketmaster will send them an invite. They will have to accept the invitation in order to access the tickets.
- If you accessed the tickets with your phone, you can download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easier mobile ticketing access at all gates at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.
